When you’re interested in being coached, it’s important to feel aligned and comfortable with the point of view, approach and personality of your coach.

So here I am:

  • I am a Parent and I am navigating building a meaningful career while being a present for my daughter

  • I was born and raised in a small mountain city in Romania

  • Expat since 2016. Lived in Singapore and now in The Netherlands

  • Went to university to study Psychology

  • I’m a lifelong volunteer. I’ve been involved in non-profit work from an early age. This shaped me in a way where I look for significance and purpose in all I do.

  • Started my professional experience working in Learning & Development

  • Professionally, I’ve spent the last 10+ years working in Learning & Development, Recruiting, and HR. I know the Dutch job market well, understand how hiring decisions are made inside organizations, and in my day-to-day work, I’ve supported hundreds of people in finding their next career move.

This is me, in a nutshell:

Why I do what I do

Many of us reach a point where life feels misaligned, where we’re going through the motions but something inside is asking for more: more meaning, more clarity, more honesty with ourselves.

I’m here to support people in that exact space, the space between where you are now and where you want to be.

My background in psychology shaped my deep interest in self-awareness and emotional growth. I once imagined myself running a private practice, helping people heal and reconnect with who they truly are. Although my path evolved, that desire never left.

When I discovered coaching, it immediately felt like the right fit, a meaningful blend of my skills, passions, and values. Coaching allows me to walk alongside others as they grow, reflect, and step into the lives they truly want to live. This is why I do what I do.
